About Coconut Wata
Growing up in Krigger's Flower Garden in the Virgin Islands we were constantly surrounded by all types of flowers and plants. As I got older my passion was for all things floral. After losing my job as an office manager with a venture capital firm I knew I wanted to pursue my passion of designing products for kids with a floral theme.
That's when PhlowaBunga™ blossomed.
“PhlowaBunga? What is that?” PhlowaBunga is a play on the botanical term Floribunda which means:
-----------------------------
flo·ri·bun·da
Pronunciation: flôr -b n d , fl r --
Function: noun
Etymology: New Latin, feminine of floribundus flowering freely
Date: 1898
: any of various bush roses with large flowers in open clusters that derive from crosses of polyantha and tea roses.

To my husband and children, thank you for all your love and support. I couldn't have gotten this far without you. Thanks to all those who visited our booth at the National Stationery Show in May 2003 in New York City. A special heartfelt thanks to my booth neighbors for your advice, your encouragement and your friendship. You all made my first show a very special one.
Thanks to you all.
